Are Tbilisi apartments a good fit for digital nomads?

I’ve been thinking of basing myself in Tbilisi for a few months a year. I’m a remote worker and want something central, not too noisy, but close to cafés and coworking spaces. Do apartments there fit that lifestyle?

100%, I’ve been working remotely from Tbilisi for the last six months and absolutely love it. Apartments in Tbilisi are incredibly varied — you can go for an old-style brick flat with tons of charm, or choose a modern unit in new builds with elevators and balconies. I’m in Saburtalo, 10 minutes walk from Metro Delisi, and my 1-bedroom apartment cost around $450/month to rent furnished. Wi-Fi is strong everywhere, there’s good coffee on every corner, and the expat/digital nomad scene is growing fast. I also checked prices for buying — solid places go for $55k to $85k depending on district. If you want quiet, avoid Old Town itself, as it gets touristy. But for walkability, affordability, and a growing international crowd, Tbilisi is perfect.
