Live presentation from Bruker’s Billerica demo facility to see the ease of use of the timsTOF fleX platform
Traditional LC-based metabolomics workflows give maximum depth of information for bulk materials and are critical for untargeted profiling. Additional spatial information is possible with the versatility of the timsTOF platform and enables you to do both traditional and spatial workflows on the same instrument. MALDI Imaging is a true multi-omics technique that allows for spatial determination of metabolites and lipids in tissue, as well as expanding the targeted analysis to glycans and proteins. The addition of microGRID technology enables true 5-micron imaging for maximum biological information gain.
